They even had a chance to visit the governor’s mansion! 🏛️✨ Proud of our students for stepping up and making their voices heard!

The motto of CCHS Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is “Lead from the heart and people will follow.” Every month, FBLA participates in a “service challenge” that benefits the school and/or community. For September, FBLA members wrote thank you cards to some very special people, including our school cafeteria workers and resource officers. Each month, FBLA members are involved in a different challenge that fosters school, community, or personal growth. What better way to practice servant leadership than to be a member of CCHS FBLA!

Mrs. Begnaud’s students have been working hard in class this week! Plant Science students are busy transplanting plugs for the fall sale in November. They expect to have a lot of lettuce, pansies, snapdragons, and ferns. Her Basic Ag students have been learning about Georgia Ag commodities, along with the differences between products & byproducts. They made homemade butter to see the process of how products get turned into byproducts.
