Immunization Information

Georgia Law requires children attending school to be age appropriately immunized with all the required vaccines.  Therefore, no child shall be admitted to or attend any Camden County school unless the child’s parent/guardian shall first have submitted an up to date certificate of immunization on the GA form 3231 to the responsible official of the school. For a child to be exempt from immunization on religious grounds, the parent/ guardian must first furnish the responsible official of the school an affidavit in which the parent/guardian swears or affirms that the immunization required conflicts with the religious beliefs of the parent/guardian.
