Important: Dual Enrollment Funding Deadline for 2026-2027 If you are planning to take a Dual Enrollment course during the next school year, please be aware of an upcoming hard deadline for state funding applications.  GaFutures Application Deadline All GaFutures applications must be completed and submitted by: August 7, 2026  Why This Deadline Matters Georgia’s Dual Enrollment program provides funding for eligible high school students to take college-level courses. However, this funding is contingent upon meeting administrative deadlines.  Failure to meet the August 7 deadline will result in the student being required to self-pay for their courses, even if they have Dual Enrollment hours remaining.  Who This Affects This notice applies to all students who are eligible for Dual Enrollment hours. Whether you are a returning DE student or starting your first college course next year, you must ensure your application is active and submitted in the GaFutures portal.  Next Steps Log in to your GaFutures.org account.  Verify that your Dual Enrollment funding application is completed for the upcoming term.
