I am delighted to serve as an Assistant Principal at CCHS. Since 1993, it has been my honor to teach hundreds of students in both the History and Chorus classrooms. Now, I am humbled to serve alongside an incredibly talented and dedicated group of teachers, taking on new challenges, and working to support our educators and students to new and vital ways. Further, as I remain at the center of the Fine Arts program, I look forward to partnering with Dr. James Phillips and Dr. Grayson Day as they champion the growth of arts opportunities for ALL the students in our community. The CCHS Fine Arts Department has been hard at work bringing another great school year moving along and preparing all the performances you will have the opportunity to attend this Fall. Within the fine arts facility, energy and creativity build as visual arts, band, drama, and chorus students work hard to put their best foot forward in creating memorable experiences for all. As we enter September, our home is well into the start of creative action. The visual arts students are already working on their first masterpieces, our bands are actively preparing for Fall semester events and marching band competitions, Chorus is filling our building with dynamic vocal sounds, and drama students are working hard on their Georgia Theatre Conference plays. I am reminded again that it is always good to be a CCHS Fine Arts Arts Member! ...Behind the curtain Footer •	Graphic: Square graphic with textured background and text reading: "SUPPORTING A CREATIVE GENERATION FOR OVER 30 YEARS". •	Footer Line: VOLUME 3, ISSUE 22 SEPTEMBER 1, 2026
